My easy step-by-step method

Getting the shrimp ready
I mix my shrimp with salt pepper olive oil lemon and garlic in a bowl.
Prepping the asparagus
I cut off the tough ends of the asparagus then chop them into 5cm pieces.
Cooking shallots
In my large pan I cook the shallots in olive oil until they're soft and fragrant.

I put my shrimp in the pan without stacking them. After 2 minutes on each side I set them aside.
Adding asparagus
I pour a bit more oil and stir-fry my asparagus for 3-4 minutes so they stay crisp.
