Wreath Cookies Christmas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
02 - 6 green food gel drops.
03 - Cooking spray.
04 - 30 marshmallows, regular size.
05 - 5 cups of cornflake cereal.
06 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter.
07 - Red candies like mini M&Ms or red hot candies.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your sheet pan ready beforehand. Use non-stick paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
02 - In a microwave, heat butter and marshmallows together, doing 30 seconds at a time. Stir in vanilla and green coloring till the mixture looks smooth.
03 - Fold the cornflakes into the mixture lightly, making sure they’re evenly coated. Use a greased 1/4 cup to form portions. Place on the tray, poke a hole in the middle, and decorate with your red candies.
04 - Leave them out to cool completely, so they firm up nicely.

01 - Keep your hands a little greasy or damp while shaping for easier handling.
02 - Don’t freeze—freezing alters the texture.
03 - Keeps fresh for three days in a container with no air getting in.
04 - Gel-based food colors are ideal for brighter results.
