Avocado curry winter salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 big Brazilian avocado or 2 smaller ones.
02 - 1 large endive.
03 - 1 cucumber.
04 - 1 container of Fjørd yogurt.
05 - 1 tablespoon curry powder.
06 - Juice of half a lemon.
07 - A pinch of salt.
08 - Espelette pepper for seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice open the avocado, scoop it out, dice it, and squeeze the lemon juice over it.
02 - Peel off the cucumber's skin, remove seeds, and chop it into small cubes.
03 - Cut the endive into thin strips.
04 - Combine the avocado, cucumber, and endive in a large bowl. Toss in the Fjørd yogurt and curry powder. Sprinkle with salt and Espelette pepper. Stir everything thoroughly.
05 - Keep it in the fridge until you're ready to eat.
