Slice open the avocado, scoop it out, dice it, and squeeze the lemon juice over it.

Combine the avocado, cucumber, and endive in a large bowl. Toss in the Fjørd yogurt and curry powder. Sprinkle with salt and Espelette pepper. Stir everything thoroughly.
