Warm ranch sausage dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g of crumbled sausage.
02 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.
03 - 1 cup of sour cream.
04 - 1 ounce of ranch seasoning mix.
05 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes (optional).
08 - 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the sausage pieces in a skillet over medium heat, then drain off the fat.
02 - Combine the sour cream, ranch mix, and softened cream cheese until smooth and well-blended.
03 - Stir in the cheeses, cooked sausage, and tomatoes with the creamy mixture.
04 - Spread it into a baking dish and cook at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
05 - Top it with green onions before serving it warm.
