Turkey Lunch Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 medium tortillas.
02 - 6 slices of thinly cut turkey from the deli.
03 - A handful of shredded lettuce, about 1/4 cup.
04 - Thinly slice one green onion.
05 - Four slices of cheddar cheese.
06 - A pinch of salt and pepper to season.
07 - 4 oz of softened cream cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the softened cream cheese with the sliced green onions. Toss in some salt and pepper for flavor.
02 - Spread the cream cheese mix evenly over the tortillas. Sprinkle the lettuce on top, place the turkey and cheddar slices on one side.
03 - Roll them up tightly from the side with the fillings. Use extra cream cheese to seal if it doesn't stick. Cut each roll in half, then slice the halves into five smaller pieces and trim off any empty ends.

01 - Works great in lunch bags.
02 - Stays fresh up to 4 days in the fridge.
03 - Place in a sealed container when storing.
04 - Switch up the fillings however you'd like.
05 - An excellent snack to prep ahead.
