Crack the eggs into a big mixing bowl and whisk them. Toss in the flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, and baking powder. Mix everything with an electric mixer until it looks nice and smooth.

Warm up a pan on medium heat. Add a small amount of oil, then pour batter to cook each crepe. Flip them when they're golden on one side, then cook the other side till golden too.
