Classic Thick Crêpes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crepe batter

01 - 2 1/4 cups milk
02 - 2 cups flour
03 - 2 eggs
04 - 1 pinch of salt
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
06 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
07 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Crack the eggs into a big mixing bowl and whisk them. Toss in the flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, and baking powder. Mix everything with an electric mixer until it looks nice and smooth.
02 - Warm up a pan on medium heat. Add a small amount of oil, then pour batter to cook each crepe. Flip them when they're golden on one side, then cook the other side till golden too.
