10 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
11 - 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger.
12 - 3 tablespoons of brown sugar.
13 - ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
14 - ¼–½ teaspoon of crushed red pepper.
15 - 2 tablespoons of honey.
16 - 1 cup of beef stock.

# Instructions:

05 - Turn the heat to low, pour in your prepared sauce, and let it simmer until it thickens up nicely. Serve it over rice if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Double the sauce ingredients for a thicker, saucier meal.
02 - Use a thermometer to make sure the meat is done just right.
03 - Perfect for meal prep—can last 3–4 days refrigerated.
