Cheesy Taco Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz (half a box) of pasta shells.
02 - 1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20).
03 - 1 packet of seasoning mix for tacos.
04 - 1 cup of plain water.
05 - Half a block (4 oz) of cream cheese.
06 - 1.5 cups grated cheese (try cheddar or a Mexican blend).
07 - Extras: Salsa, Sour cream, Fresh herbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the box to boil the pasta.
02 - As pasta cooks: Cook beef in a skillet, Drain the grease, Sprinkle with taco mix and add water, Let it simmer 5 minutes till it thickens.
03 - Chop cream cheese into bits, Heat and stir till it's smooth and melted.
04 - Pour pasta (drained) into the beef mix, Stir in 1 cup of grated cheese.
05 - Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top, Bake at 350°F for 5-10 minutes, Add your favorite toppings to serve.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps for 3 days in the fridge. Freeze for up to 3 months. Add a splash of milk when reheating. Soften cream cheese beforehand for a smoother result.
