Cheesy Taco Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound of lean ground beef
02 - 1 packet of taco seasoning mix
03 - 5 Colby Jack cheese sticks, halved

→ Dough

04 - 1 can of Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough

→ Garlic Butter Topping

05 - 1/4 cup melted butter
06 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 425°F and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
02 - Cook the ground beef in a skillet, drain the grease, and stir in taco seasoning. Let it cool.
03 - Slice the pizza dough lengthwise, then make 5 rectangles out of each half for a total of 10 pieces.
04 - Place some taco meat and half a cheese stick in the middle of each rectangle.
05 - Wrap the dough tightly over the filling and pinch the edges shut to create breadsticks.
06 - Combine the melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder. Use a pastry brush to coat the breadsticks.
07 - Bake for about 10–12 minutes until the breadsticks turn golden brown. Serve them warm.

# Notes:

01 - Serve with guacamole, salsa, or sour cream if you want dips.
02 - Works for lunch, dinner, or even as an after-school treat.
03 - Cool the meat first so it won’t make the dough soggy.
