High Protein Cheesecake Snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
02 - 1 pound of ripe strawberries.
03 - 2 tablespoons of honey.
04 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.
05 - 1-2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice.
06 - 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl. Whip it until it's smooth. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
02 - Rinse your strawberries under running water, then pat them completely dry.
03 - Slice off the green tops, then cut the strawberries down the center. Arrange them cut side up on a plate.
04 - Take a bit of the creamy mixture and gently scoop it into each halved strawberry using a small knife.
05 - Put the creamy filling into a plastic bag, snip off the corner, and pipe it onto each berry. Or just use a spoon to fill them up.
06 - Sprinkle some crushed graham crackers or mini chocolate chips on top if you like a little crunch.
07 - Stick the berries in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving them to your guests.
