Combine the yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl. Whip it until it's smooth. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Rinse your strawberries under running water, then pat them completely dry.

Slice off the green tops, then cut the strawberries down the center. Arrange them cut side up on a plate.

Take a bit of the creamy mixture and gently scoop it into each halved strawberry using a small knife.

Put the creamy filling into a plastic bag, snip off the corner, and pipe it onto each berry. Or just use a spoon to fill them up.

Sprinkle some crushed graham crackers or mini chocolate chips on top if you like a little crunch.
