Spicy garlic eggs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main components

01 - 1 and a half tablespoons of garlic chili sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
02 - 80 ml of mayo
03 - 12 large eggs
04 - Crispy fried onions (adds a crunchy touch)
05 - Smoked paprika for sprinkling on top

# Instructions:

01 - Put your eggs in a big pot and cover them with some cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then lower the heat and let them cook gently for about 10 minutes. Move the eggs to an ice bath to cool them down and peel them easier.
02 - Peel off the shells, then slice each egg lengthwise down the middle. Gently remove the yolks and drop them into a mixing bowl.
03 - Smash the yolks in a bowl with mayo and garlic chili sauce until it's smooth and creamy. Taste it and add extra chili sauce if you want more heat.
04 - Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the empty egg whites. You can use a star tip for a fancy look or just a regular spoon—up to you!
05 - Dust some smoked paprika over the eggs and sprinkle on the crispy onions. Either dish them right away or keep them chilled until you're ready to enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - If you want it milder, just cut back on the garlic chili sauce.
