Mini tartes savoyardes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One rectangular sheet of puff pastry.
02 - 160 grams of turkey.
03 - Four dollops of honey.
04 - A single potato.
05 - Four chunks of reblochon cheese.
06 - An egg yolk.
07 - A pinch of pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the potato in water for around 15 minutes, then sear the turkey slices in a frying pan.
02 - Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spoon four blobs of honey onto the sheet. Sprinkle with pepper, then place the cooked turkey on top.
03 - Add a slice of potato over the turkey, followed by a piece of reblochon cheese.
04 - Cut the puff pastry into squares and cover each stack. Brush them with the egg yolk, poke some holes for steam with a fork, and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
05 - Pull them out of the oven, flip them over, and slice each stack in half to serve.
