Sausage Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup softened cream cheese.
02 - 1 egg, whisked for brushing.
03 - 2 cans of crescent roll dough.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 450g of breakfast sausage (turkey or pork).
06 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brown the sausage in a frying pan on medium heat. Drain any extra grease.
03 - Combine the cooked sausage with the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
04 - Unroll the dough and cut it into triangles. Spoon the filling on the wide end, then roll it up.
05 - Brush the tops with the whisked egg to get a golden finish.
06 - Pop them in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they look golden brown.
