# Ingredients:

→ Patties

01 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
09 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - 1 pound ground beef (80/20)

→ Gravy

11 - Fresh parsley for garnish
12 - 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
13 - Salt and black pepper to taste
14 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
15 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
16 - 2 cups beef broth
17 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
18 - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
19 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Combine meat, breadcrumbs, egg, and spices gently. Make 4 oval-shaped patties.
02 - Cook patties on each side for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
03 - Melt butter in the pan and cook the onions until soft and golden, about 8-10 minutes.
04 - Stir flour into the onions, then slowly add broth and seasonings, stirring until thickened.
05 - Put patties back in the gravy, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked (160°F).
