Orange Rosemary Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Ingredients

01 - 1 medium lemon, unpeeled
02 - 2 cm of peeled fresh ginger root
03 - 4 medium oranges, squeezed for about 1 cup of juice
04 - 3 stalks of fresh rosemary

→ To Finish

05 - Ice cubes or crushed ice

→ Main Ingredients

06 - 300ml plain cold water
07 - 3 spoons of honey
08 - 300ml of brewed green tea (check tea packet for details)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine rosemary sprigs, ginger, and some water in a pan. Heat it up until it boils, then turn off the stove. Blend in the honey until it dissolves. Let the mix cool completely with the spices still in. Cover and refrigerate for no less than 4 hours.
02 - Prepare 300ml of green tea following the instructions on the packaging. Once brewed, place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to cool.
03 - Juice the oranges and lemon. Take out the rosemary and ginger from the infused water. Mix the chilled tea, rosemary-infused water, and citrus juices in a large jar or bowl. Add extra honey if you need more sweetness.
04 - Fill each glass with ice, then pour in the mix. Drink it while it's fresh and chilled.
