Raspberry Swirl Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup sugar, fine granules.
02 - 1 cup butter, room temp and unsalted.
03 - 2 cups plain flour.
04 - 1/2 cup raspberry jam, smooth.
05 - 1/4 cup melted white chocolate.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Cover the baking tray with parchment paper.
03 - Beat butter with sugar till fluffy. Stir in vanilla. Slowly add and mix in flour.
04 - Roll out dough on a floured counter to 1/4 inch thick.
05 - Layer jam across dough but leave edges bare.
06 - Form a log with the dough and pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
07 - Slice the chilled roll into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Arrange slices on the tray.
08 - Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until edges turn golden. Cool fully on a rack.
09 - Drizzle melted white chocolate over cooled cookies.
