Pizza rolls fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of Greek yogurt.
02 - 1 3/4 cups of self-rising flour.
03 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - 1/2 cup of pizza sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a big mixing bowl until it's smooth. Add more yogurt or flour if it feels too sticky or dry.
02 - Flatten the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1.5 cm thick.
03 - Spread the pizza sauce, leaving the edges clear. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Roll it up like a jelly roll.
04 - Use a damp knife to cut the roll into 8 to 10 slices.
05 - Lightly grease the air fryer basket. Brush the rolls with milk or oil. Cook at 200°C for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps fresh in the fridge for 5 days.
02 - Good for freezing up to 6 months.
03 - To warm up, air fry for 2 minutes at 200°C.
