Stir together the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a big mixing bowl until it's smooth. Add more yogurt or flour if it feels too sticky or dry.

Flatten the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1.5 cm thick.

Spread the pizza sauce, leaving the edges clear. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Roll it up like a jelly roll.

Use a damp knife to cut the roll into 8 to 10 slices.

Lightly grease the air fryer basket. Brush the rolls with milk or oil. Cook at 200°C for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
