08 - Crushed red chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon.
09 - Unsalted butter, 3 tablespoons.
10 - Minced garlic, half a tablespoon.
11 - 1 cup of thick heavy cream.
12 - Chicken broth, half a cup.
13 - 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Lightly coat the salmon with oil and sprinkle all over with Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, oregano, plus red and black peppers.
02 - Get a pan nice and hot with oil, cook fillets for about 3 minutes on each side until lightly golden. Lower the heat to finish cooking thoroughly.
03 - Melt butter in the pan, toss in the garlic, then pour in cream, lemon juice, and broth. Let it cook for a couple of minutes.
04 - Drop cream cheese and parmesan into the pan, stirring until smooth and thickened up. Adjust salt and pepper if needed.
05 - Mix in your fresh herbs, put the cooked salmon back in the sauce to get nice and warm, then it’s ready to be enjoyed.

# Notes:

01 - Want extra flavor? Toss in some onions when making the sauce.
02 - Feel free to adjust the parmesan level—it’s up to you!
