Nutella Chocolat Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
02 - 120 ml heavy cream.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
05 - 225 g semi-sweet chocolate.
06 - 1 cup Nutella.
07 - Chopped hazelnuts (optional).
08 - Colorful sprinkles (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Chill for at least 2 hours until the mixture gets firm enough to work with.
02 - Pour the warm cream over the chopped chocolate, let it sit for a minute or so, then stir it together.
03 - Stir Nutella, vanilla, and salt into the mix until it all comes together smoothly.
04 - Roll the mixture into small balls, then coat them with cocoa powder or any other topping you like.
05 - Warm the cream gently until you see little bubbles, but don't let it boil.
