Nordic toast salmon eggs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the open-faced sandwiches

01 - 4 eggs
02 - Fresh chives
03 - Olive oil
04 - Salt and pepper
05 - Two slices of Nordic-style bread
06 - 150 grams of smoked salmon

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up a tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.
02 - Chop the smoked salmon into small chunks and sauté them in the pan for about 1 minute.
03 - Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, scrambling them together with the salmon pieces.
04 - Spoon the scrambled eggs onto lightly toasted bread slices. Add salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle some finely chopped chives over the top.
