Mint Chocolate Chip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 cup of whole milk
02 - 1 tablespoon of soft cream cheese
03 - 3/4 cup of heavy cream
04 - 1/3 cup of white sugar

→ Flavorings

05 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
06 - Optional green food coloring
07 - 1 teaspoon of mint flavor extract
08 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips for mixing in

# Instructions:

01 - Warm cream cheese in a large bowl using the microwave for about 10 seconds. Whisk it together with sugar and mint extract until smooth and fluffy, like frosting. Takes about a minute.
02 - Slowly mix the heavy cream, milk, and optional coloring into the base. Stir until the sugar melts completely and the mixture looks even.
03 - Pour the mix into a CREAMi™ Pint, snap on the lid, and freeze it solid for a full day.
04 - Take the pint out of the freezer, pop off the lid, and fit it into the outer bowl. Attach the Creamerizer™ Paddle to the lid, lock it on, and snap everything securely onto the motor. Pick the ICE CREAM function.
05 - Make a hole about 1½ inches wide in the cooled ice cream. Drop the chocolate chips in the hole and choose the MIX-IN setting.
06 - Scoop it out of the pint and serve it right away. Add a sprinkle of toppings if you'd like!
