Loaded Cheesesteak Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of milk.
02 - 2 lbs of fries.
03 - 1 lb of steak, thinly sliced.
04 - 2 tbsp of butter.
05 - 2 tbsp of cooking oil (for frying steak).
06 - 2 tbsp of flour.
07 - 2 cups of mozzarella cheese (for sauce).
08 - 1 tsp of garlic powder.
09 - 1/2 tsp of salt.
10 - Chopped green onions (to garnish).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat butter in a medium pan over a medium flame. When it's fully melted, add the flour and stir well. Let it cook for about 1-2 minutes to get rid of the raw taste.
02 - Pour in the milk in small amounts, stirring constantly. Keep it on the heat and whisk for 3-5 minutes, letting the mixture thicken up.
03 - Turn the heat down, toss in the mozzarella, and keep stirring until the cheese blends completely. Set the sauce aside and keep it warm.
04 - Pour 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan and warm it over medium heat. Toss in the sliced steak, sprinkle it with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder, and cook for 5-7 minutes until it’s nicely browned and cooked through.
05 - Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the package, or fry them in hot oil until they’re golden and crispy.
06 - Lay out the fries on a plate, sprinkle some steak on top, then pour over the cheese sauce. Do more layers if you'd like, and finish with chopped green onions.
