Fry bacon pieces until crunchy, then crumble and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar, sour cream, ranch mix, and bacon.

Shape the mixture into six patties, about a quarter pound each.

Heat grill and cook patties for 5 minutes on one side, 4 on the other. Melt cheese on top during the last minute by covering it.

Pop patties onto brioche buns and add your favorite toppings.
