Light apple Skyr cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 50g almond flour
02 - 50g regular flour

→ Wet Ingredients

03 - 160g Skyr (Icelandic yogurt)
04 - 2 eggs
05 - 2 teaspoons of agave syrup

→ Fruits

06 - 2 apples

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it at 180°C
02 - Grab a mixing bowl and stir the flour with the almond flour until combined
03 - Pour in the eggs, Skyr, and agave syrup. Mix everything together until smooth and creamy
04 - Chop up the apples into small chunks, toss them in the batter, and fold carefully
05 - Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tin. Bake it in the oven for 25 minutes

# Notes:

01 - Skyr gives the cake a nice creamy texture while also boosting its protein content
02 - Feel free to swap out the agave syrup for honey if you'd like
03 - Go for soft apples such as Golden or Pink Lady varieties to get the best taste
