Lentil Sweet Potato Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200 grams of red lentils.
02 - 200 grams of peeled sweet potato.
03 - 50 grams of flour.
04 - 1 garlic clove.
05 - 1 bay leaf.
06 - 1 teaspoon of cumin.
07 - Spice it up with chili to your liking.
08 - Fresh parsley.
09 - Season with salt and pepper.
10 - Olive oil for brushing.

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the sweet potato and chop it into small cubes. Add it to a pot with the lentils, garlic, and bay leaf, and cover them with water.
02 - Cook for about 12 minutes, then make sure to drain everything thoroughly.
03 - Mash up the cooked mix of lentils and sweet potato. Toss in the spices, chopped parsley, and flour, then combine everything really well.
04 - Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls, line them up on a baking tray, and brush each with olive oil. Bake them for 20 minutes at 190°C.
