Leek Chorizo Tart (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A single pack of shortcrust pastry.
02 - Four eggs.
03 - 200 milliliters of milk.
04 - Two small pinches of salt.
05 - Three leeks.
06 - Two teaspoons of paprika.
07 - Two tablespoons of olive oil.
08 - 60 grams of chorizo.
09 - 50 grams of shredded gruyere cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200° C.
02 - Sauté the thinly sliced leeks in the olive oil.
03 - In a bowl, combine the milk, eggs, cooked leeks, paprika, and cheese.
04 - Roll out the pastry in your tart pan, pour in the filling, and sprinkle the chorizo pieces on top.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 20 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Placing the chorizo slices on top gives your dish a great look and adds a crispy touch.
02 - Make sure the leeks are well-drained, so the tart doesn’t turn out soggy.
