Tuna with Avocado Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe avocados
02 - 150g of drained tuna
03 - 2 medium-sized tomatoes
04 - 2 eggs
05 - Juice from half a lemon
06 - 2 tablespoons of mayo
07 - Salt and black pepper
08 - Fresh parsley or chives

# Instructions:

01 - Put the eggs in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
02 - Drop them in cold water and peel them.
03 - Smash the avocados into a creamy mash.
04 - Squeeze in the lemon juice and add some salt.
05 - Break up the tuna into small flakes in a bowl.
06 - Stir the tuna together with the mayo.
07 - Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
08 - Chop the tomatoes into small cubes.
09 - Scoop out any extra liquid or seeds.
10 - Add seasoning to the diced tomatoes.
11 - Layer the glass cups with avocado, tuna mix, and then tomatoes.
12 - Sprinkle crumbled boiled eggs over the top.
13 - Finish it off with some fresh herbs.
14 - Put in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
