Korean Braised Beef Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the sesame-flavored mayonnaise

01 - 90 ml mayonnaise
02 - 15 ml sesame oil
03 - A pinch of salt

→ For the marinated veggie salad

04 - 3 radishes, thinly sliced into rings
05 - 3 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced into even thin rounds
06 - 1 red onion, finely sliced
07 - 45 ml rice vinegar
08 - 15 ml sugar

→ For building the sandwiches

09 - 8 brioche-style hot dog buns
10 - Crispy lettuce leaves
11 - 500 ml Korean-style slow-cooked beef
12 - Toasted sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the radishes, cucumbers, and onion with the rice vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then drain the liquid.
02 - In a bowl, stir the mayonnaise and sesame oil together. Add a sprinkle of salt to taste.
03 - Spread the sesame mayo on the buns, lay down the lettuce leaves, add the tender beef, and top it off with the marinated veggies. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
