Place the butter and marshmallows in a big microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for a minute, give it a stir, then put it back for another minute. Mix until it's smooth.

Toss in the white chocolate chips, stir, and microwave again for 30 seconds. Mix every few seconds until it turns smooth and gooey.

Mix the gumdrops into the smooth mixture. Make sure they’re spread out evenly.

Grab a 9x13 pan, line it with parchment paper, and spray it with cooking spray. Leave some parchment hanging on the sides to make lifting easier.

Pour the gooey mixture into your lined pan. Place a second sheet of parchment on top and press down with your hands to even things out.

Let it chill in the fridge until it’s firm, either overnight or for a few hours. Once firm, take it out and peel off the parchment.

Slice it into smaller chunks and you're good to go!
