# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (15.25 ounces) chocolate cake mix
02 - Whatever's listed on the cake mix box to make it
03 - 2 pounds of ricotta cheese
04 - 4 eggs, large
05 - 3/4 cups white sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure)
07 - 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
08 - 1 1/2 cups of cold milk
09 - 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13-inch pan with grease.
02 - Follow the cake mix instructions and prepare the batter. Pour it into your greased dish.
03 - Grab another bowl and blend the ricotta, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Spoon this over the uncooked cake batter—do it gently.
04 - Pop it into the oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Check with a toothpick in the middle—it needs to come out clean. Chill completely once done.
05 - Mix the pudding with the milk until it thickens. Stir in the whipped topping carefully.
06 - Spread the pudding topping over the cold cake. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, maybe even overnight, for the best bite.
