Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.

Pat the fillets dry using paper towels. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each piece.

Combine melted butter, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, and lime zest in a small bowl. Stir it all together really well.

Drizzle the honey lime sauce evenly over the salmon fillets, making sure they're well-coated.

Bake the salmon for 15–18 minutes, or until it's fully cooked. If you want a golden crust, broil it for the last 2–3 minutes.

Top it with some chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
