Salmon with honey lime (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each).
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 2 tablespoons honey.
05 - 1 tablespoon lime juice.
06 - Zest from 1 lime.
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
08 - Lime wedges for serving.
09 - Salt.
10 - Black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Pat the fillets dry using paper towels. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each piece.
03 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, and lime zest in a small bowl. Stir it all together really well.
04 - Drizzle the honey lime sauce evenly over the salmon fillets, making sure they're well-coated.
05 - Bake the salmon for 15–18 minutes, or until it's fully cooked. If you want a golden crust, broil it for the last 2–3 minutes.
06 - Top it with some chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep the sauce ahead of time and keep it in the fridge for up to a week.
02 - Leftovers are great when flaked into a salad or tossed with pasta.
03 - For a spicy kick, try adding sriracha or red pepper flakes.
