Homemade granola biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 80g melted butter or coconut oil
02 - 100g dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
03 - 50g honey or maple syrup
04 - 200g oats
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
07 - 50g seeds (chia, sunflower, flax)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C to preheat it.
02 - Mix together the oats, seeds, and dried fruits in a big bowl.
03 - Pour in the honey (or maple syrup) and melted butter or coconut oil, then stir until everything's well coated.
04 - Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon and give it another good mix.
05 - Roll the mixture into small balls, flatten them slightly, and lay them out on a baking tray topped with parchment paper.
06 - Pop them in the oven for 12-15 minutes until they turn a light golden color.
07 - Let them cool off completely before you dig in.

01 - Stick to gluten-free oats if you're avoiding gluten.
02 - Feel free to tweak the amount of seeds or dried fruits to your liking.
03 - If crunchier cookies are your style, add 2-3 more minutes to the baking time.
