Set your oven to 180°C to preheat it.

Mix together the oats, seeds, and dried fruits in a big bowl.

Pour in the honey (or maple syrup) and melted butter or coconut oil, then stir until everything's well coated.

Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon and give it another good mix.

Roll the mixture into small balls, flatten them slightly, and lay them out on a baking tray topped with parchment paper.
