Crispy Cheese Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 60g of shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 240g of full-fat cottage cheese

→ Seasonings

03 - A quarter teaspoon of paprika
04 - Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
05 - Half a teaspoon of onion powder
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For Cooking

07 - A tablespoon of olive oil or non-stick cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a medium-sized bowl, stir the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar, and all the spices until it’s fully combined.
03 - Scoop small amounts of the mix onto the lined tray and flatten them into circles.
04 - Let them bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges look golden. Allow the chips to cool on the tray for a few minutes.

# Notes:

01 - The chips will get crispier as they cool down.
02 - Great as a snack with protein or ideal for a party!
