Holiday Cookie Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs (6.25 oz each) sugar cookie mix.
02 - 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 5 cups (850g) white chocolate chips.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor.
05 - 1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter.
06 - 2 tablespoons of sprinkles for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
02 - Gently heat up the condensed milk over low-medium heat in a saucepan.
03 - Mix in the sugar cookie powders until the texture is smooth.
04 - Throw in the butter, chips, and vanilla. Stir until it's silky and blended.
05 - Spread the mix in the prepared pan, sprinkle on top, and let it firm up for 4 hours. Refrigerate to make it quicker.
06 - Cut into pieces and enjoy while at room temperature.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze it for 3 months.
02 - Always grab sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk!
03 - Tastes best when eaten at room temperature.
