Grab a fork and mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.

Mix the eggs, almond milk, and honey into the mashed bananas. Stir everything together well.

Pour in the rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Combine it all to make a consistent batter.

If you'd like, toss in some raisins or chocolate chips at this stage.

Spread the batter evenly in a greased pan or one lined with parchment paper.

Pop the pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. It's ready when a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.
