Healthy oat cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 200g of rolled oats
02 - 2 ripe bananas

→ Liquid Mix

03 - 2 eggs
04 - 100ml of almond milk
05 - 2 tablespoons of honey

→ Spices & Leavening

06 - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
07 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder
08 - A pinch of salt

→ Optional Toppings

09 - 50g of chocolate chips or raisins

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C to preheat.
02 - Grab a fork and mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
03 - Mix the eggs, almond milk, and honey into the mashed bananas. Stir everything together well.
04 - Pour in the rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Combine it all to make a consistent batter.
05 - If you'd like, toss in some raisins or chocolate chips at this stage.
06 - Spread the batter evenly in a greased pan or one lined with parchment paper.
07 - Pop the pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. It's ready when a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.
08 - Let it cool in the pan a bit before taking it out to serve.

# Notes:

01 - This cake stays fresh in the fridge for about 3-4 days.
02 - Feel free to swap almond milk for any other plant-based milk.
03 - For an extra treat, serve it with plain yogurt or fresh fruit.
