Ham Cheese Croissant (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 75 g of classic cooked ham, thinly sliced.
02 - 1 buttery croissant.
03 - 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
04 - 1 tbsp (15 ml) of Dijon mustard.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the croissant sideways into two halves.
02 - Spread mustard on the bottom half, layer the ham and cheese, top it off with the other half, and enjoy right away.
03 - For a melty version, toast the croissant in a panini press until the cheese is gooey.
