Whisk Boursin cheese together with the egg until you have a creamy, smooth texture. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper to season.

Gently stir the diced halal ham and the grated emmental into the creamy mixture. Give it all a good mix.

Slice each pastry sheet into three strips. At the end of each strip, dollop a tablespoon of filling.

Fold the strips into triangles or rolls, whichever you prefer, to completely seal the filling inside.

Heat up some oil in a pan or fryer. Cook the bricks a few at a time until they’re golden-brown and crispy.
