Crunchy Ham Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - A pack of brick pastry sheets
02 - 250 grams of halal ham, diced small
03 - Grated emmental cheese, adjust amount to your liking
04 - One egg
05 - 150 grams of Boursin cheese
06 - Salt to taste
07 - Pepper to taste

# Let's Cook:

01 - Whisk Boursin cheese together with the egg until you have a creamy, smooth texture. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper to season.
02 - Gently stir the diced halal ham and the grated emmental into the creamy mixture. Give it all a good mix.
03 - Slice each pastry sheet into three strips. At the end of each strip, dollop a tablespoon of filling.
04 - Fold the strips into triangles or rolls, whichever you prefer, to completely seal the filling inside.
05 - Heat up some oil in a pan or fryer. Cook the bricks a few at a time until they’re golden-brown and crispy.
06 - Place the fried bricks on paper towels to soak up extra oil.
