01 -
Set your oven to 350°F and put parchment paper in a 9x9 pan.
02 -
Add the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and milk to a stand mixer. Use the whisk attachment, and blend on a medium setting until it's smooth.
03 -
Transfer the mixed brownie batter into the lined baking pan.
04 -
Layer the top of the batter with Oreo cookies until the surface is covered.
05 -
Put the pan in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Use a toothpick to check—if it comes out clean, they're done.
06 -
Let the baked brownies cool off completely before doing anything else.
07 -
While waiting, mix the orange filling from about 10 Oreos with the white frosting. Add a teaspoon of the orange gel food color and mix well to create the desired shade.
08 -
Spread the orange-tinted frosting over the cooled brownies, then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
09 -
After chilling, evenly cover the top with chocolate frosting. Crush up the leftover Oreos and sprinkle them on top.
10 -
Cut into squares, about 3x2 inches each, and enjoy them right away.
