Golden vegan bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 thick slices of bread
02 - 250 ml plant-based milk
03 - 10 ml ground cinnamon
04 - 2.5 ml pure vanilla extract
05 - 1 ripe banana
06 - Maple syrup for dipping
07 - Powdered sugar for dusting

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 175°C and lightly coat your baking tray with non-stick spray.
02 - Toss the banana, cinnamon, vanilla, and plant milk into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, then pour into a wide bowl.
03 - Take each slice of bread and divide it into four equal strips.
04 - Dip the bread strips into the banana mixture one by one, making sure they’re fully coated, and arrange them on the baking tray.
05 - Pop the tray in the oven for 20 to 22 minutes. Flip the sticks halfway through, at the 10-minute mark.
06 - Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top and serve warm with maple syrup.
