Cover a 9x9-inch square pan with parchment paper or foil, then set it aside for later.

Put the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla into a medium saucepan over low to medium heat. Keep stirring until it's totally smooth and melted. Don't let it get too hot!

Take the saucepan off the heat and gently fold in the chopped gumdrops.

Pour the melted mixture into your prepped pan and spread it evenly so it's smooth.

Stick the pan in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight until it's completely firm.

When it's fully set, take the fudge out of the pan, slice it into small squares, and enjoy.
