Feuilletés saumon avocat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 puff pastry sheet.
02 - 150 g of salmon.
03 - 1 avocado.
04 - 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt.
05 - 2 tablespoons of cream cheese.
06 - A small bunch of dill.
07 - 1 egg yolk.
08 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
09 - Black sesame seeds.
10 - Salt.
11 - Pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Roll out your puff pastry and sprinkle some sesame seeds on one half. Press them in lightly, then cut out round shapes using a glass or cutter.
02 - Place the round pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with the egg yolk and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
03 - Chop the salmon and avocado into small pieces. Mix them with the yogurt, cream cheese, some minced dill, lemon juice, and add salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Carefully slice the puff pastry horizontally without splitting it entirely. Fill them with the salmon-avocado mixture, and they're ready to serve.
