Roll out your puff pastry and sprinkle some sesame seeds on one half. Press them in lightly, then cut out round shapes using a glass or cutter.

Place the round pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with the egg yolk and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.

Chop the salmon and avocado into small pieces. Mix them with the yogurt, cream cheese, some minced dill, lemon juice, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Carefully slice the puff pastry horizontally without splitting it entirely. Fill them with the salmon-avocado mixture, and they're ready to serve.
