White Cheese Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seasonings

01 - 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
02 - 1 teaspoon of salt

→ Dairy Products

03 - 2 eggs
04 - 240ml of quark

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 175°C and let it preheat. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and spray on some oil.
02 - Blend the quark, eggs, and seasonings until the mixture becomes smooth.
03 - Pour the mix onto the tray and spread it into a thin layer. Bake for 40 minutes.
04 - Allow the flatbread to cool completely before handling, so it doesn’t break apart.

# Notes:

01 - You need to make sure the flatbread is entirely cool before picking it up.
02 - Feel free to switch out seasonings to suit your taste.
