Stir together the plain yogurt and the beaten egg in a mixing bowl. Slowly add the flour and baking powder while mixing.

Add the pinch of salt. Stir everything well with a wooden spoon until you get a smooth mixture. Pop it in the fridge to rest for an hour.

Once rested, heat up a pan. Pour a ladleful of the batter to create your preferred blini size. When you see small bubbles forming, flip it over and cook the other side for about a minute.

Keep going with the same steps until all the batter is used up.
