Homemade easy blinis (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One natural yogurt (125 grams).
02 - One egg.
03 - 125 grams of flour.
04 - Half a packet of baking powder.
05 - A tiny pinch of salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the plain yogurt and the beaten egg in a mixing bowl. Slowly add the flour and baking powder while mixing.
02 - Add the pinch of salt. Stir everything well with a wooden spoon until you get a smooth mixture. Pop it in the fridge to rest for an hour.
03 - Once rested, heat up a pan. Pour a ladleful of the batter to create your preferred blini size. When you see small bubbles forming, flip it over and cook the other side for about a minute.
04 - Keep going with the same steps until all the batter is used up.

01 - Feel free to add some spices to jazz up the flavor of your blinis.
