Cheesy Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One large French loaf.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
03 - 1/2 cup of butter, salted and soft.
04 - Three minced garlic cloves.
05 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for topping.
06 - A cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded.
07 - A cup of shredded Colby jack cheese.
08 - A teaspoon of Italian herbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 400°F and let it preheat.
02 - Cut the French loaf in half lengthwise and lay it on a baking tray.
03 - Combine the soft butter, garlic powder, minced garlic, and Italian herbs. Spread this evenly over both bread halves.
04 - Scatter the Colby jack first, followed by the mozzarella.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 12-15 minutes until melted and bubbly. For crispier results, broil it for a quick 1-2 minutes at the end. Sprinkle parsley on top to serve.
