Chicken Rice Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (10.5 ounces) of cream of mushroom soup.
02 - 1 1/2 cups of water.
03 - 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless.
04 - A packet of dry onion soup mix (1 ounce).
05 - 1 cup of uncooked white rice (long grain).
06 - Salt and black pepper, if needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 325°F.
02 - Coat a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick spray.
03 - Lay the chicken into the dish.
04 - Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken.
05 - Spread the uncooked rice evenly on top of the chicken.
06 - Scatter the onion soup mix over the top.
07 - Blend the mushroom soup with water in a separate bowl.
08 - Pour the soup and water blend across the chicken and rice.
09 - Seal the dish tightly with foil.
10 - Bake it for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the rice softens.
11 - Make sure the chicken is fully cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - If needed, add up to 25 more minutes for some ovens.
02 - Great for busy evenings.
03 - Feel free to mix in veggies in the last half hour.
