Easy buckwheat crepes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2.5 ml of salt
02 - 5 ml of baking powder
03 - 1 liter of water
04 - 500 ml of buckwheat flour

# Instructions:

01 - Stir buckwheat flour, water, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Keep at it until the mixture's nice and smooth.
02 - Heat a buttered pan on medium. Pour about 60 ml (1/4 cup) of batter for each pancake. Let it cook until you see bubbles popping on top.
03 - Turn the pancakes over and keep cooking until both sides are lightly golden.

# Notes:

01 - Serve these pancakes with apple butter, blackberry butter, or cinnamon maple butter for awesome flavor.
