Broccoli Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
02 - 1/8 cup Parmesan, shredded.
03 - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.
04 - 1 (8-ounce) can of tomato sauce.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil.
06 - Kosher salt to your liking.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes.
08 - 4 cups fresh broccoli florets.
09 - 1/2 cup asiago, shredded.
10 - 2 cups mozzarella, shredded.
11 - 1/4 cup halved kalamata olives.
12 - 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese.
13 - 1 ball of pizza dough.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F and let it get hot.
02 - Combine the tomato sauce with the Parmesan and garlic. Stir in basil, oregano, chili flakes, and salt. Keep it aside for later.
03 - Microwave broccoli with a splash of water for 3-4 minutes. Dry it off with paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
04 - Mix together asiago and mozzarella cheeses. Stretch your dough onto an oiled baking sheet. Spread the sauce evenly, then sprinkle 2/3 of the cheese mixture. Scatter broccoli florets, feta, and olives. Finish with the rest of the cheese over the top.
05 - Pop the pizza into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
