Take apart biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch round piece. For Grands, split each biscuit into two thinner pieces.

Spoon a tablespoon of the apple pie mix into the middle of each dough piece. Fold the sides over the filling, pinching closed so it seals. Roll into a ball shape.

Arrange the pie balls in the basket with an inch between them. Air fry at 380°F for 5–6 minutes, until the outside turns golden.

Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.

While still warm, dunk each fried ball into the melted butter and then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mix.
