Ham cheese crispy wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 wedges of creamy cheese.
02 - 5 sheets of brick pastry.
03 - Chives.
04 - 2 slices of ham.
05 - 1 egg yolk.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 220°C (around 425°F).
02 - Dice the ham and finely chop the chives.
03 - Combine the ham pieces, chopped chives, and soft cheese into one mixture.
04 - Spoon a bit of the filling onto half a pastry sheet and fold it into a triangle shape.
05 - Brush the folded triangles with egg yolk to get that golden look after baking.
06 - Bake everything for about 10 minutes in the oven.
07 - Enjoy them warm, maybe with a fresh salad on the side.
