Warm up some oil in a pot until it’s hot enough to fry.

Drain the burrata well and pat it dry using some paper towels.

Dip the burrata into flour, then into a beaten egg, and finally coat it with the panko breadcrumbs that have been mixed with the salt, pepper, and oregano.

Deep fry in hot oil until the outside is beautifully golden brown.
