Crispy Burrata (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 piece of burrata cheese
02 - 1 egg
03 - Panko breadcrumbs - use as much as needed
04 - Flour - enough for coating
05 - Frying oil - just what you need

→ Seasonings

06 - Salt - add to taste
07 - Black pepper - season to your liking
08 - Oregano - use as much as you’d like

# Let's Cook:

01 - Warm up some oil in a pot until it’s hot enough to fry.
02 - Drain the burrata well and pat it dry using some paper towels.
03 - Dip the burrata into flour, then into a beaten egg, and finally coat it with the panko breadcrumbs that have been mixed with the salt, pepper, and oregano.
04 - Deep fry in hot oil until the outside is beautifully golden brown.
